We used to be regular customers from forbidden city,but due to issues we had with food quality,delivery time and the owner not listening to us when we rang,to let her know our concerns,we stopped ordering from there.
It used to be lovely,but has not been the same for some reason,we lived on the curry,but now won’t touch it from anywhere.They say the customer is always right,but the owner doesn’t seem to realise this.We told the last delivery driver our issues but her hands are tied,she could only do what she could,she did apologise.Luckily we have found somewhere else now,but it is a shame.
